HOW TO PURCHASE

✿  Select the number of pets that will be in the illustration. 

✿ Want to add on some small illustrated elements to your illustration like flowers, plants, their favorite toy, etc? Make sure you let me know in your email! 

✿  Select your delivery method (digital file or print) 

✿  Send me an email (luxandtripshop@gmail.com) with a photo(s) of the pet for the illustration. Please send a clear, straight on photo of your pet(s). I will usually draw them in the pose they're in in the photo sent. I can also combine photos! Example: You have one clear photo of their face but another photo of the pose you want them drawn in - send both! I can combine the two!

✿  I will email you back within 24-48 hours to confirm receipt and to give you a more accurate completion date. My turnaround times are usually about 2-3 weeks but they can vary depending on the season! If you don't get my emails, please be sure to check spam!

✿  I will send you an email with a proof of the illustration when it's completed. You will have up to 2 minor revisions to make. I draw from the photo you send me so please make sure it's accurate to the pose/color/markings etc because there will be an extra fee to redo the illustration due to wrong photo/color showing. 

If you ordered the print, it will be packaged in a clear cello sleeve and sent to you in a rigid mailer to prevent bending/damage in the mail!
