NEW SHIPPING POLICIES:

Due to COVID-19, mail has been crazy busy and slow everywhere! Some packages are taking up to 2+ weeks to arrive. PLEASE be aware of this! I do my best to get things out and shipped on time but after it's out of my hands, it's up to USPS to deliver. I wish I could hand deliver every package to make sure it arrives but I can't. There's only so much I can do on my end to track these packages.  I will do what I can to replace the items (depending on the item ordered) if your order gets lost or if it has not arrived after 4 weeks, but I will not be offering refunds at this time.

What’s your processing / turnaround time?

For custom illustrations or commissions, the usual turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks. It could be less but it also could be more depending on the time. Usually around the holidays is when my turnaround time goes up to 4-7 weeks! If you want a more accurate turnaround time, reach out to me!

For ready to ship items such as greeting cards and prints, the processing time is about 1-3 days.

I ship out my orders twice a week!

When will I get my order?

The time it takes to get your order varies on your post office and my post office. Sometimes there are some delays because of the post office! I try to stay on top of it all. There’s only so much I can do from my end. Once it leaves my hands and goes into the hands of USPS, it’s a little difficult to do much from my end!

The estimated shipping times are:

USA - 2-5 business days

Canada - 10 - 12 business days

Europe - 12-16 business days

Everywhere else can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on customs in your country

What shipping carrier do you use?

I use USPS! If you’d like your items shipped with another company, please let me know

What if I need my order rushed?

I do offer a “rush my order” option. It’s an additional $35 and it bumps your turnaround to about a week instead of the 2-3 weeks.


Policies—

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the custom work I do, once it has been started/completed, I do not accept any returns/cancellations/exchanges.

If you must cancel your custom order, please due so within 10 days of order.

What if my item arrives damaged in the mail?

If your item arrives damaged in the mail, please reach out to me! Depending on what it is, I may be able to replace it.

How do you do your custom illustrations?

For the most part, they are done digitally! Still totally hand illustrated by me, but they are done on my iPad Pro with my Apple Pencil or my Wacom Cintiq tablet.

Do I get the original painting?

If you order a watercolor painting (not digital watercolor), you’ll be getting the original painting!

All my other illustrations are done digitally, so you will either get a print in the mail or the file via email

Do you accept commissions on custom items not listed?

Yes! I have done a few wedding invites, wedding maps, and completely custom illustrations. I’m open to work with you and your ideas!
